    Hello,

    I am in WA State. I have never been to a haunt con, and want to go to the WCHC in Portland. I would like to ‘vend’ there, but it is way out of my range at this time. I still want to go and meet the exhibitors, et al. Is it ‘okay’ to bring samples of my cookies to show to the exhibitors and share about? What do you recommend I do? Brian from Asylum Coffins will be at the Mid West Con and will have my cookies there. I sent him samples telling him the cookies would b e great in his coffins, and he loved them! I appreciate any and all of your advice. I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes, so to speak.

      Sounds like a great opportunity Briannaa! Have you tried to contact Ed Roberts from the West Coast Haunters Convention? I’m sure this would be a great addition to the show. Walking around handing out free samples is a great way to get your taste and product out there! Are you interested in donating some samples for our show? We can give them away to the listeners and help you out a bit.

      The cost to attend this event is $50.00 per person in advance and includes 4 day access to the show floor featuring The Dark Zone, The Interactive Haunted House, make-up demos on the show floor, and the opening night party on Thursday. You also receive 4 earlier bird seminars, one seminar every day before the show floor opens. Register today to take advantage of pres-how pricing. On-site fee is $60.00 per person.
