Loved the interview. Take him up on the Playboy mansion offer! (LOL). More good interviews please, Like Steve of the Garage of Evil network or Dave of Dead with Dave show on YouTube. Maybe interview Elvira, Mistress of the Dark? Or Boogeyman of the POE TV show (That is the Pirates of Emerson TV)? More Haunt Builder please too.

Loved your latest interview with Leonard.
I purchased his “How to Build a Haunted House” books (more like leaflets) way back in the 80′s I think. It was books of room designs sketched out by him.
He still sells them I think.
He’s really a great guy and wealth of information.
